This utility can be used to re-sequence the Parts line details
in Work Orders when the sequence numbering
is broken.
This could occur when Parts on the W.O. are deleted and the
remaining records are not re-numbered correctly.
No audit record is written to the Audit Log for re-sequencing corrections.
