Contact User Defined Fields

This table can be used to list the Other types of personal contact information that your firm wants to store for your customer and vendor contacts in the Contact Information, such as BBM ( Blackberry Messenger)

An operator must be assigned a Security Role that allows permission to the Customer Management - Contact User Defined Fields in order to access this table.

Enter a Type and Description for each type of personal information that should be captured for customer and vendor contacts.
The first three Descriptions for the records are then displayed as field headers in the Other section of the Contact Information screen with space for the operator to enter the corresponding information.
Any additional Other types can be accessed from the Contact Other MORE window.

If no Other types are setup in this table the text 'Not Configured' is displayed in the Contact Information window.
When an Other type is deleted from this table, it is also removed from every Contact record in Contact Information.
